Also if you do go by the office check out the much overdue new flooring. The old carpet was replaced with vinyl plank in the Community Room and offices. This is a great amenity improvement for when members rent the Community Room as well.

We are located very close to I-95 and situated about half way in between Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia. Washington, DC is approximately 75 miles to the north with commuter rail close by.

Caroline Pines has approximately 700 permanent wooded and open lots, multiple small lakes for recreational use and, other amenities. Wildlife is a frequent site in the community.
