The CPPOA Office is now open for normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. You may also still reach out to the office phone 804.994.2141 or email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible.

The pool will remain open until Labor Day, Monday September 2nd!

Monthly Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the front office at 7:00pm.

Welcome to Caroline Pines, a beautiful community conveniently located in Ruther Glen, Caroline County Virginia. We are located very close to I-95 and situated about half way in between Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia. Washington, DC is approximately 75 miles to the north with commuter rail close by.

Caroline Pines has approximately 700 permanent wooded and open lots, multiple small lakes for recreational use and, other amenities. Wildlife is a frequent site in the community.
